Shining a Light in Ibeju Agbe
The feature focused on our recent outreach in Ibeju Agbe, a rural community in Lagos State. For over 20 years, the residents of Ibeju Agbe have lived without electricity in their homes, relying only on solar streetlights at night. The lack of reliable power has impacted every aspect of life—especially education.
Our Solar School Bags aim to change that. These innovative bags come with a detachable solar panel that charges during the day while the children are at school. When they return home, they can use the LED light powered by the solar panel to study, read, or complete their homework—giving them a chance to excel despite the challenges of energy poverty.

For the children in Ibeju Agbe, these bags are more than just a tool; they’re a symbol of hope. They represent the opportunity to dream big and achieve more, even in the face of adversity.
